T.G.I. Friday’s

Our server was very friendly and attentive. The burgers were good, but soup was cold. The bad thing was that the place is seriously filthy. The seats are dirty, the walls against the sides of the booths had splattered food on them. Didn’t want to touch anything! Do they really think no one cares about cleanliness? Food is good, but it’s just too dirty. I can’t go back.

The food is always good but the service is horrible! We sat down and were never accknowleged. Had to get up and find a server. Slow.

I went out last night with my friends (group of 8) for some drinks and food. The service was good. I was sad to know they didn’t have that happy hour combo meal plans going on right now.
We all ordered different food. I had chicken pasta and cheese. It came with a side of mashed potatoes. Loved it. I have tried different dishes here over a period of time. And it has been a decent food every time. I would recommend going here for a fun night out with friends and get some drinks! (P.S Long Island drink was really good)

It’s been a while since I’ve eaten here and it used to be one of my favorites. Yesterday my husband and I wanted to eat in the bar and we told the hostess. After 3 more couples arrived wanting to eat at the bar, the manager approached the 3^rd couple and told them she would seat them in the bar. What a cluster. I ordered a burger and it arrived with a small handful of fries which didn’t even cover the bottom of the plate. I called the manager over to show her and she gave me some line about portioning. What? If that’s true then put the burger and fries on a tapas plate. Next, the burger. This time I called the waitress over to ask her to show somebody, anybody, that the chef put a blackened, burnt to a crisp burger on a roll and served it to a paying customer. I’m done and will NEVER go there again. Change of management? Change of staff? Change of discerning customers? I honestly don’t know what happened to this place.

Everytime we go here, they never fail to give bad service. Last time we were there, we sat for 15mins before I had to stand up & ask who our server was. Table besides us just waited 5mins and was offered nachos for their wait. When our server came, she didn’t careless nor apologized for the wait. Spoke with there manager, useless. They’ll just give you coupons. My son’s order was incorrect & for some reason, there was a piece of sausage in his burger. Never ever ever going back here

Awesome awesome awesome! Not only is the food amazing but the service was impeccable! Our server (Mike) was outstanding. This is definitely a great place to go.

My family used to eat here quite often and the food and service were great. I don’t know what happened, but one star is one star too many for this place. Thursday night about 8, not busy, the host was a kid who was probably 18 – 22, but looked 15 with a ponytail. After waiting for at least 5 minutes to be acknowledged, this guy seated us. No smile, no words. Nothing. Even with my 13 year old trying to engage him. Server was female, blonde, pretty, probably mid 30s. We ordered endless appetizers and drinks and needed time to look over the menu. Don’t bother with the endless apps, because you won’t see your server enough to make it worth your time. She kept saying to she was going to bring more, never happened. Our drinks took 25 minutes. Server came back after 20 to tell us that she couldn’t make our kids’ smoothies because they were out of banana. We told her they were willing to have them without bananas, and she said «absolutely not, we charge for bananas, and we can’t change.» I explained that we didn’t mind, but she was horrified, so our boys got the mango peach smoothies. I finally got my drink… the one that came in 25 minutes. We had to wait another 10 for smoothies and pop. She finally took our food order and that came fairly quick. But no extra apps. Our youngest ordered wings ½ order buffalo, ½ bbq, which she said she could bring, but ended up not happening either. She brought him a full order of buffalo. No drink refills in a timely manner, someone lost our kid’s pop (after he finished his second smoothie, we got him a Dr. Pepper.) We were disgusted by the service and the lack of it. If the restaurant was full, I would be more understanding, but when we’ve been waiting around for almost a half hour for drinks, and the table that arrived 10 minutes after us is sitting there, eating their apps, we were livid. As tempted as we were to leave her pennies, we did leave her a 15% tip. A great tip for the whole staff would be to seek employment in another area, because you aren’t doing your job justice. Never ever ever again.

This restaurant is usually very good but today was quite the opposite… The service was terrible and all the workers seemed confused. When we walked in we had to wait 20 minutes even though there were tables open. Even other customers around us were complaining. The one woman ordered a burger and didn’t get a top bun… when they brought our appetizers we didnt even get plates or napkins… the workers were very confused… even though the food was good as always, the workers were lost.

Visited this location yesterday for lunch we ordered the half sandwich and soup or salad from the lunch menu. Obviously this isn’t a very large order to fulfill however the service at this location is so out of touch with what taking care of the customer is about is almost surreal. The food was good no complaints at all but the waitress basically was invisible thru our entire meal had to flag her down for refills constantly food took over 30 min to come out and after we finished eating we waited over 35 min for our check. I visit TGIF’s all the time and when u enter they open the door for you the hostess says thank u as u leave just great service when we were finally leaving there were two hostess just taking and socializing never acknowledged us at all. Honestly the management at this location needs a wake up call!

If you’re a fan of ribs, you MUST try their Jack Daniels ribs — it’s a pure delight! The meat is amazingly tender, heavenly falls of the bones and the Jack Daniels sauce is a killer! It is served with two sides, seasoned fries are good and I had spinach instead of regular coleslaw, but you can chose from many other sides.
I try ribs in every restaurant I go to, I’m a big fan of meat and so far, those were the best ribs I have ever eaten. And trust me, I ate A LOT;)
The service was nice and fast, we got to chat quite a bit with our waitress and got some good advices from her. The interior is fun, plenty of things hanging on the walls.
Overall it was a great experience, we left full and happy:)

Last time we went here the service was extremely slow. We ordered a salad, a burger and two kids chicken strips and it took over and hour and a half for the food to make it out. When the food did make it out the plates were all extremely hot to the touch telling me that the food sat in the window dying for a long time. My burger was so dried out it was inedible. My wife’s salad was warm… The ranch dressing for my daughter’s chicken strips sat in the window so long it was warm and had a skin on it. We pointed out to the waitress that serving something like that can make someone sick… her response «oh…sorry about that».
We will never be going back to this restaurant again. It took two hours to complete service for our meal for a salad, a burger and two kids chicken strips… ridiculous.

Horrible experience!
I received chicken on my salad that was accidentally not cooked.
When I got home and realized it, I called in. The manager, Shawn, was a total asshole. Instead of apologizing, he says «I guess it wasn’t warm to your standards» and proceeded to talk to me in a very unapologetic nonchalant tone. I brought the uncooked chicken to show that it was clearly not cooked and just had mushy bread on it. Apparently he left right after speaking with me. Needless to say, I will not return to this location.

Muito bom. Pedi um jack burger e como sempre veio no ponto. Recomendo. O ice tea elé muito bom também. Tem estacionamento no local mas a garçonetes são um pouco lentas. Mas fica ai minha recomendação.

Went to tgi Friday yesterday for the first time and I must say„ I will never return again. Service was extremely slow, appetizers were ice cold, I wanted to send them back but our server never returned even though the restaurant was nearly empty. We ended up leaving before our entrees came out. I won’t be back.

I am NOT a huge fan of TGI Fridays because they don’t have very many healthy options on the menu but my kids enjoy it and they do have a fun atmosphere I guess so I only gave the place 3 stars do today lack of healthy alternatives on the menu.

I went to T.G.I. Friday’s today for the endless apps. As before, I had a pleasant experience. Our server Jerry was really nice… Since it wasn’t busy he found a moment to sit down with my daughter and I. At first I thought it was odd, but after listening to his story, I knew he needed someone to talk to.
The food was good… and it didn’t take long between ordering additional appetizers.
Great place to go to enjoy food and drinks.

We go here from time to time. Very attentive staff and the food is always good.

When all else fails, and no one can agree on anything, we go to Fridays. Jack Daniels anything is usually the easy go to. And that’s just what I did. Rib eye and shrimp. Peach sangria to start. Kids menu is vast enough for my boys. Easy peasy. Never had an issue here. And the staff has always been nice.

The cajun shrimp and chicken pasta is wonderful. Service is awesome and we got seated quickly.

Bar tenders were fine but our food came out different. Ordered sizzling chicken spinach and it came without mushrooms, onions, and red peppers. I asked bar tender and he said something weird going on kitchen because other people complained about same thing. This place not managed well in the kitchen…
