Not very helpful here and almost act like it’s a bother to come in and browse phones or ask questions about problems with your phone. Then I bought a phone that was defective and took it back within a day and they told me I had to pay for activation. I called Sprint and they credited me the activation because of all the problems I had with this store. The 1st phone they tried giving me was used, or as they said it was a display. Sorry, but if I’m paying $ 300 for a phone on a 2 year contract, I don’t want one that who knows who’s touched it, dropped it, or whatever. Stay away from this store, let alone, stay away from Sprint. The service sucks.
