Brighter Futures Learning Center

I am moving to San Antonio and came to visit for a couple of days to check out childcare. I visited Brighter Futures around 12 in the afternoon. The moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. The woman at the front desk rudely informed me that she would not allow me to tour since the children were napping. I understand that children nap, but had toured other daycares during naptime and was able to see (through the windows) inside of the rooms. She then proceeded to show me the room on the video monitor and blandly explain some of their policies. She seemed irritated that I had even asked for a tour. She never asked me my name, what I may be interested in or showed any signs of friendliness. Not a good experience and definitely somewhere I would not leave my child. I’ve toured so many incredible facilities in San Antonio and this one absolutely does not compare. I will take my money and my child elsewhere.
