Mario Rodriguez – State Farm Insurance Agent

This Review, is not personal, But Mario is my State farm agent which is 5 mins from my home. I will be visiting him… This Monday hopefully he can Convince me to stay, So I had a car accident this monday going on 294 south bound .Very irriated as u can understand… I had to call state farm like 6 – 7 times… till everything was clear… I waited at least if 1 hr and 30mins if not more for tow truck, state farm Agents didn’t seem knowledge and I kept being, Transferred from this person to that person… accident accured at 6:41 pm got home at midnight unbelievable… other 2 parties had departed way earlier they had geico… now my car in shop… being repaired… the tow guy seem more knowledgeable then actually state farm agents. the auto body company they suggested didn’t even know why my car was there the next day… needless to say I changed auto body shops I’m not @ all HAPPY with state farm in very seriously think imma change auto insurance companies… after this is said in done… state farm is rated 9 OUTTA THE TOP 10 … We will see how the rest of these plays out… I DONT DO NOT RECOMMEND STATE FARM… TRY ONE OF THE TOP 8 COMPANIES…
