BUYER BEWARE!!! Very disappointed that we authorized $ 200 for repairs before they needed to call us. Gee. Turns out it was $ 200 for them JUST TO INSPECT IT! We brought the vehicle in for a starting issue. Then were told that it needed various other things. Which would end up costing an additional $ 800!!! Did I ask them to check out everything else? No. Just the starting issue. I didn’t ask for brkes, tires, ball joints, boots, light… etc. .to be checked out. Yet they did it anyways. Almost $ 300 alone just for plugs, plug wires, and pcv valve? I can do that myself for less than 50. If this isn’t fraudulent practices, then I don’t know what is. $ 200 just to inspect a vehicle (that most other places do for free), is insane! For $ 200 something better be fixed! Never, ever, ever will I recommend this place. Shady business practices. Wow. Does it feel good to rip people off? Looking in the mirror must be a treat. How do they face that image, KNOWING what they are doing is not ethical? Scary. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I have had 3 cars serviced and/​or repaired at Jay’s Auto Repair. They’ve always been up front about the repairs and costs. They even take you into their shop to show you exactly where the problem is and explain it to you. They have a great rewards program as well. I highly recommend their shop.
