When I was here they had two specials including 1) Scrapple, two eggs, home fries, toast, & coffee($ 4.75) and 2) BLT on toast with chips & pickle($ 4.75) Heading north on Route 61 towards Pottsville, I stopped in at Robin’s Diner for a bite to eat. I ordered a Western & Cheese Omelette($ 5.25) served with homefries and toast. The folded omelette was a good sized filled with onions, peppers, ham, & melted American cheese. The homefries(chopped potatoes) were lightly grilled. The white toast was buttered with jelly packets on the side. I also ordered a cup of Pasta Fagioli(soup of the day-$ 1.75), which had a thick tomato based broth with vegetables, bacon, and elbow macaroni. Overall, the food here was very tasty and filling, nothing fancy, just solid good homecooking. The service was prompt as the food came out quickly after ordering.
