This is the second time they have come to repair my system. Once again I was impressed with the speed they showed up and the level of competence of the Tech. I’m a curious guy, and he was willing to let me watch him diagnose the failed relay in the air handler explaining what he was doing each step of the way. The«problem» turned out to be «problems» and the system shut down soon after the relay was replaced. This time the owner of the company came out(within an hour) to inspect the quality of the first repair and fix the second problem. So far so good. Then I get a phone call from their office manager explaining there was a problem with the billing. They accidentally charged twice for a couple items and were refunding the money. This is a great company!
