Extremely impressed, looking for a place to grab a bite before heading to the Music Circus and Pete’s fit the bill. Small place does mostly take out but there is table space if you want to eat in, it’s very bright and airy inside and they have some great art on the wall that is for sale. Ample parking close by. Staff was incredible and very friendly. The food is outstanding we split the dinner for 2 and at $ 15 what a great deal, came with Medium rice pilaf, 1 medium«On the Side» selections, medium Greek Chicken. Served with Syrian Bread. The counter staff mentioned for the side we could do two small sides instead of the medium side. Hence that is what we did and added the Greek Sweet Potato Salad and the Tabbouleh Salad. We can ‘t say enough about how fresh everything was as well as flavorful. We added some Falafel to the meal which was very good and of course we could not leave without trying their Baklava which was some of the best we’ve had. They don’t serve alcohol and if you need a restroom you’ll have to trek across the street to DD.

The gentleman working was friendly. I got the falafel wrap and wasn’t blown away, but it was decent. My boyfriend got a lamb gyro(maybe with pork too?) and he thought it was awesome. I’ve only had baklava a handful of times, but the coconut baklava here was better then any I’ve tried in the past. Great place to grab some wraps.

We drove all the way from the cape thinking this would be a nice treat, especially with the good reviews. I would like to know what the reviewers were comparing this food to. It was bland, well prepared, that’s about it.

Got a really great Greek wrap. It wasn’t super busy and the owner came out to talk to me. It was awesome that he made the time to talk to his customers. Would definitely recommend.

Holy COW! I went there for the first time ever today… and now I wish I had gone sooner! Quite possibly THE most freshest ingredients used ever! I got the Greek chicken wrap… the chicken was so incredibly tender. I was unsure about the Tzatziki sauce, only because I had never had it before, so I got it on the side… SO good, it makes the sandwich :-) I can not recommend this place enough! I was never very familiar with Greek food, but this place is my new favorite! A+

Always fresh, always consistent. Our favorite takeout in town. Chicken dinner with Greek salad is the go to. Just tried their Friday fish tacos. Do it, they were fantastic.

YUM! We ordered delivery and it arrived much faster than I was quoted. We got the mediterranean burrito, pilaf, grape leaves, and Greek salad with falafel. It was ah-mazing and fresh. I would have liked an extra dressing but only because I like a lot of dressing and it was so tasty! We will definitely be ordering from here again!

My brother-in-law picked up several platters for a big family gathering. Probably had 70% of the menu from burritos to wraps to hummus to to Greek salad to dessert. EVERYTHING was great… and I eat a lot of Mediterranean food. One of the owners even called my bro-in-law up the next day to make sure everything was copacetic. I’ll give them my business.

First time customer today, and had a delicious meal from this new place on Front Street in Scituate. I called and placed an order to go, and the server was courteous and professional. He even went above and beyond, and delivered with no charge! The menu has a variety of Greek and Middle Eastern inspired dishes. Beyond the traditional gyros, they offer gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options. Tonight, we opted to try the Mediterranean burrito, and all of the ingredients were fresh and authentic. We come to Scituate once a year and will definitely be back to Pete’s Mediterranean!

I was taking a day trip in Scituate and stumbled upon Pete’s. I’m a big fan of mediterranean food, and Pete and his team do mediterranean food justice! The falafels are some of the best I’ve had. Also, try the sides, including the sweet potato salad. This is such a great family-run restaurant, and I’ll definitely be back.

This place is a great addition to Scituate. What Pete and his staff were able to do with this space is great. They hand make most of their offerings, the hummus and babaganoush are made fresh daily(these are both must try’s). For entrees the Mediterranean burrito or pesto panini are the go to’s here, the array of fresh sides are a nice compliment to your entrée. You can tell Pete’s passion for fresh food by speaking with him, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Give this place a try, take out is great and don’t forget the baklava!

Had a great meal today at Pete’s. We started with a Greek salad which was huge. I then had to indulge in the avgolemono soup since I only get the chance during Greek festivals. A+ on the flavor. For the entrée I went with the lamb gyro, and my buddy had the chicken gyro both were great. Would definitely recommend and will be back soon.

Came here on the very high recommendation of a local — «love the place, best falafel around» well I wasn’t sure what that meant but gave it a shot = glad we did! Excellent food! Really well done, bright authentic flavors, super friendly staff. A little place(not a lot of seating) but everything is easy to take with you so don’t worry! Everything is exceptionally fresh and made to order sandwiches, salads and sides. We tried a few items — Lamb Gyro with a side of Falafel(in the Gyro) and honestly some of the best Falafel I’ve had in a LONG time! The Hummus and Tzatziki were great but the Carrot/Ginger Hummus was an absolute home run! The Lima Beans in sauce are not to be missed(and I’m NOT a Lima Bean fan)! We definitely will be back!

The perfect falafel for south shore residents has sadly still not yet arrived. The falafel, although tasty was not fried right to order which we all felt was a big mistake, it was clearly reheated which was definitely disappointing. The kale salad was really nice but the portions are far too small to be a compelling value. I also tried a chicken wrap which was exceedingly bland, almost so boring that I forgot what I was even eating. Overall, we did better making our own falafel wraps at home the following week and still greatly miss the better options available in Boston. Ambience is nice and the staff was friendly during our visit, we will give another try in a few months and hope for some needed changes.

A very welcome addition to Scituate’s upcoming food/drink scene. Chatty & cheerful owners, clean establishment, & fresh, simple menu to choose from. Try the Chicken Greek wrap with Hummus, it’s fabulous. Hope they stick around — awesome lunch spot open 7 days.

A friend of ours told us that a new Mediterranean Greek restaurant just opened in Scituate. Of course I was excited and eager to go and taste the food. Well I took my wife with me which her favorite is the Gyro made from lamb and or beef, however they only serve a pork gyro, so we ordered a pork gyro and a large Mezza which consist of 4 sides to choose from. I choose a sweet potato salad, hummus, baba Ghanouge, and lima bean. We sat and waited and there is hardly anyone in the restaurant. We noticed that the clerk prepare my food and ignore my wife Gyro and went to help new customer while the owner is chatting at a side table. After 10 or 12 minutes the food was or the sandwich rather was ready. The Gyro was wrapped in Middle Eastern Syrian bread instead of the special pitta Gyro bread, the Gyro already was cooked and cut in pieces like meat loaf bread. my wife said it’s a mediocre taste and on a whole it’s not bad. For my 4 sizes Mezza they were small like a one scoop each for $ 11.99 The hummus taste good, but need more to blended and need a little more tahini, the Baba was very good and the best of all the sweet potato salad, for the Lima it was just ok. For $ 11.99 for these small scoops of Mezza is definitely a little high. I wish them all the success and best of luck.

First time customer tonight and it was a great experience. We tried the pork gyro and chicken wraps– both were excellent with a nice balance of meat with lettuce, tomato, tzatziki. The lamb had some serious rosemary happening but it worked. Sides were sweet potatoes, lima beans, tabbouli, all good. Baklava was a nice sweet treat at the end. The two big hits: first, the hummus. We dipped pretty much everything in it and I think at one point my daughter was just eating it with a fork. Just awesome. Second, the meat grapeleaves. Great flavor and I strongly recommend dipping in the hummus(see above). Great addition to Scituate Harbor and the best Mediterranean I’ve found on the South Shore. Great job Pete and thank you!
