Greco Steam Carpet Cleaning

I booked this company based on a coupon they sent me in the mail. Big mistake. I had them come for a whole house special which included area rugs and some carpeting. From the time they entered my house til the time they asked for a check it was less than fifteen minutes. They did not remove any stains and my rugs looked no cleaner when they left than they did before. Before I paid them I pointed out the stains and asked about protection. They told me the stains would be gone when it dried (HUGE lie). They then charged me quite a bit for scotch guard. Their idea of scotch guard was for one guy to sit in the truck while the other one spent less than three minutes in my house spraying randomly but not with complete coverage. And the best part– he wore his shoes in the house leaving dirty footprints in the carpet. Completely unprofessional. I was so dissatisfied with the service. Hands down worst cleaning I ever had. The rugs looked so bad that a month later I bought in another company. They took their time and my rugs look brand new. What a difference. Don’t use this company, they don’t show up on time and they do a horrible job.

We have been using Greco Steam Cleaning for to clean our carpets and upholstery for many years. This year, we got the grout cleaned in the Kitchen. Thay blew our mind. We felt like we got a new kitchen.
They have an outstanding team. The team at the office and the cleaning team give me a positive experience every time.
We plan to continue to use them in the future.

Jeff came today to clean our carpets and was totally professional and knowledgeable about his products. He was courteous and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this service. Now we get to live with our carpets longer and not have to purchase new carpets as we originally planned. He was able to get out stubborn pet and coffee stains. We’re thrilled with our brand new looking carpets.
