K & F General Contractors

K & F contractors is a twin brother team recommended to me by a friend for bathroom kitchen and dining room work. They did everything needed from electrical work to tearing up my whole tile kitchen floor and replacing it. My main bathroom since moving in in 2006 had developed mold on the ceiling and my soap dish in the tub had fallen off plus the lighting had rusted. Without loss of use of my bathroom they replaced it all with the proper materials which were not used the first time,
In my kitchen they tore up the floor and replaced it with decorative stone tile and made the walls all match with the drop down since some spots were too short. Installed crown molding in all three rooms and repainted all my ceilings while being patient with my nosey dog.
I would highly recommend them as they did the work in a timely and cleanly manner.

K & F General Contractors are the brother and brother team of Ken and Kevin. They are a pair who can truly do it all: plumbing, carpentry, flooring, tile, demolition, trim and molding… You name it, they can probably do it. And they do it themselves, thus simplifying communication and planning.
They were referred to us by an excellent painter in the area named John Coviello. We are forever grateful to John for the referral. Ken and Kevin renovated and refinished large portions of our home, often coming up with creative solutions for difficult problems. They have good taste, too, which is a bonus, but they are not pushy with it. Each day we spent with them was a virtual education for us in one aspect of construction/​renovation or another.
