Can I give a zero. My insurance co said Tiny Tots in East Brunswick was part of my in network for Physical Therapy, Maria and Marwa who work there said they don’t have the letter from Cigna, Marwa said she was closing the office soon, it was 2:30pm Thanksgiving eve and she was too busy. Bottom line even though Cigna said they are in network Marwa said she needs a letter from Cigna and Cigna said they already sent a letter, they don’t seem to want more patients. Loss me as a new patient. Poor patient customer service. Too bad because their location would have been convenient for me.

The Therapists and staff at TTT are Fantastic! They really understand the kids and parents. In fact, Dr. Mike was the first to suggest a weighted vest for my son as opposed to the pressure vest and his suggestion was spot on. Worked much better than pressure. Love Love Love TTT!
