I stopped in 2 months ago to try a bunch of their gluten free treats. While everything was great, the cinnamon rolls really stuck out in my mind! I am dairy free also and it turns out that the majority of their selection is as well! They went out of their way to point out every single item that was dairy free. Laurie is also quick to respond to emails if you have any questions or concerns.

Love Lauries GF bagels! We live in the city and are able to get them from this amazing gluten free shop on the Upper West Side: I have only had everything– so yummy!!! Would love to be able to get some cinnamon raisin one of these day. I just wish when we visit our parents in Troy NY and Saratoga NY that we could get then at the Price Chopper or Healthy Living. These are by far the best gluten free bagels!!! I think this company could expand and make a great gluten free pita bread and pastry puff/dough! Great company!

I have had so many amazing baked goods from Laurie’s. the baked goods have been fresh and tasty every time. i have never been here in person, though. all were perchased by a friend in town. i have tasted their pizza dough at two local parlours… definitely the best gluten-free pizza crust i have ever had! bar none! the price is quite reasonable, given the quality and nature(gluten-free) of the food! the only reason this lacks one star is because i have never been in person to see what her service is like, though i anticipate it is as great as her baked goods, from what a few others have told me! cannot wait to go and peruse the merchandise myself. (i just have to get out of work on time one of these days!) (note: i will come back and edit this as soon as i have gotten a chance to visit in person) * * * UPDATE * * * I visited Laurie’s Gluten-Free Goodness the other day. While it was a bit difficult to locate(not the address, but the actual part of the building they were located in and where to park) I was glad I found them! I asked for a rather large order, in rapid fire(habit picked up at my job) and the woman behind the counter got most of it right.(I received 3 cinnamon rolls and no oatmeal cookies instead of 1 cinnamon roll and 3 oatmeal cookies; but the rest of the large order was spot on) Bought the pizza dough… I MUST go back for more…(I love different combos and made a chipotle chicken, salsa, and chipotle hummus pizza… going to try bbq chicken next) also got some of THE best biscotti I have had in some time!(the generous amount in the bag only lasted a week… I am sure, had I a modicum of self discipline, it would have lasted twice as long) The woman behind the counter was as nice as could be. Gave me the names of the pizza places in the greater area that use their dough. The inventory, while not overflowing, was more than sufficient! Things you must try if you stop in - –pizza dough(make your own; be daring… honey mustard chicken; feta with pears and balsamic dressing… have FUN with it!) –chocolate biscotti –chocolate chocolate chip cookies –chocolate cupcakes(okay, I like my chocolate!) –the bagels I will go back there again… :)

Wished I could have visited Laurie’s store on a Sunday, but it was closed… Coincidentally I happened to stop by Just Me! Pizza in downtown Albany, NY… and I was BLOWNAWAY! This pizza place uses Laurie’s crust to create the most delicious gluten free Sicilian pizza! The crust is thicker than any other gluten free pizza and fed 3 people! I am extremely excited to see Laurie’s goodies in more restaurants around the country!
