Domino’s Pizza

I am very disappointed in the consistency of service at this location. I have consistently had issues with getting pizzas that look and taste the same.
Today is the third time in a row I have had an issue, but the first time I have complained. I order almost the exact same thing every time (sometimes I add chicken). They re-​made my pizza after I complained about a burnt pizza with lack of toppings. When you order a pizza with «extra» or «double,» generally you expect quite a bit. The employee on duty tried to explain that they’re now measuring out ingredients by weight. I ordered DOUBLE spinach with extra cheese and was given a pizza with about 10 pieces of spinach on it.
I will include a photo: the pizza on the left is what I was given; the pizza on the right was after I complained.
I appreciate them making it right when I complained, and they even went so far as to give me a few coupons, but I think it’s probably not worth it to keep hoping things will improve for the better. I have been coming here for a year but it looks like I will have to try another location.

Located in the food court at the AAFES on Scott AFB. 8 minute pizza with 3 toppings for $ 7.99 — what a deal!
I stopped by on 30DEC, the 2^nd day they were open. The AAFES and adjoining food court had closed for the day, but Domino’s came to the rescue by being open late.
There were no hiccups in the order-​taking process and they produced the pizza just as promised. Great service, prompt and friendly.
As with all Domino’s, they also offer take-​out and delivery service.
The only detractor is they don’t offer soft drinks from the soda fountains in the food court. Their drinks are strictly by the bottle from their own separate coolers.

Really enjoy their new menu. I was a fan of the Mac n cheese bread bowl but I guess that went away. The Alfredo bread bowl is pretty good though. A little salty. It’s close to the base and semi fast.

They deliver to Scott AFB and fast. Always hot. Typical domino pizza.
