Had an emergency with water leaking into the furnace location area. Lee arrived and quickly diagnosed that the unit was most likely low on coolant and was freezing up. In no time the coolant was added and units serviced —all at a reasonable price. Expertise and honesty are valued traits. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

As a woman, I don’t know much about A/C units or how they work — so when mine decided to go on the fritz recently I was referred to B. Tucker by a colleague.
The technician that was sent to the house was more than helpful and professional. He took the time to explain and show me exactly what was causing the problem in my unit, answering all of my questions in a way that I could understand.
My unit was back up and running shortly after he arrived and I have had no problems since!
It was also very affordable in comparison to some other calls I had made.
I would def recommend them, and was very pleased by the referral made to me to use this company. We will definitely be using them again.

Called for service on my AC as I had records indicating they had done previous work on it from former owner of my home. They came out, charged me $ 75 and then told me they don’t work on my kind of unit (natural gas). When I asked why they didn’t tell me that instead of sending someone out for nothing and charging me, the technical stormed off. Requests for refund of money unanswered. Complained to BBB, who made several attempts to contact them, which also went unanswered. They also appear to have changed addresses several times in a short span of time. Stay away!
