I am a frequent visitor to Prima Italian; I am there 3 or 4 times a week because my office and my home are not too far away. They recently expanded their offerings to include an East African menu and I am so glad that they did. I have become accustomed to the East African feel of the place and the fact that you are supposed to eat your food with the bread(Injera) and not with knife and fork; although it is perfectly acceptable if you do.
