Kim is extremely professional, well organized, and experienced in managing properties. She made the transition of owner management to professional management easy and I will be using her for years to come.

Santa Clara, CA
I have rented an apartment from them in Santa Clara for over a year and my experience with Kim has been very good. There was an issue once with the heater furnace and once with the water heater, but they got addressed promptly within short timeframe. Tenant’s concerns are addressed immediately and the property is managed very well. Neighbors have been very friendly and we enjoy staying here.
We can now pay rent online which is a huge plus.
