They came as scheduled, very professional, very pleasant, and very, very thorough!!! They had no problem removing their shoes at the entrance, which is our custom. They cleaned and tuned our Steinway Model B to perfection. I mentioned that I was going to reorient the position of the piano and they did it for me immediately! I couldn’t be more delighted. All that and an appraisal as well! MP

I was very happy with the tuning and service. The piano sounds and plays better than it has in a long time with just one tune from them. Will definitely be using them again.

I will not recommend this company. While moving my piano, they smashed my bench in transit and totally destroyed it. Consequently the piano was delivered days later as well as they had to check the condition. We will never know if the bench hit the piano or not. The staff were courteous when setting the piano in the room but then I had to wait for my bench to be reordered for weeks. When they delivered the bench, it was a totally different bench to what I had ordered, a much more cheap looking bench.
When I pointed out the bench was different to what I bought, they said they no longer product the old style benches and even said ‘do you want this bench or are you going to do your own research?’. I was dumbfounded.
They also sent me the invoice for the move in full amount arguing they spent so much money on reordering the bench, checking the piano — which would have not been necessary had they delivered the piano safely in the first place and also was not caused by us! As their attitude was so arrogant, we argued they should compensate somewhat which they interpreted as ‘our refusal to pay for the move’ which they accepted but was not our intention. I tried to convey my point of view, but the discussion was going nowhere.
This company does not understand what customer service is when faced with a problem that caused so much distress.

The Burton & Wilson team has tuned my piano for many years, and hopefully for many more years to come!
They have always been on time and worked with extreme professionalism and care towards my piano. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on my piano! Burton & Wilson gets 5 stars from me!

When my scheduled piano mover had a family emergency and had to cancel, he suggested that I call Burton and Wilson. I’m so glad I did. Not only were they able to fit me in on short notice, they had a cancellation and were able to get it done as originally scheduled with the first mover. They were prompt, friendly and efficient getting the piano moved. I highly recommend them.
