I have been using Cruzn Cellular for a long time. Kacie is a very laid back type so she wont pressure you into anything. She shares the options and allows you to decide. She accepts my phone payments and is sooo helpful.
Lately I see she even has artwork on display from a local artist. Helping and giving back to the community seems to be a big thing to Kacie which impresses me to no end. I really like her.
I also use a month to month no contract plan. Its perfect for me!

San Bruno, CA
Excellent small cellular phone store. These guys are the only T-​Mobile dealer in the Santa Cruz area, though they deal with every other provider (AT&T, Verizon, and Nextel/​Sprint) as well. I realize T-​Mobile provides some poor service in the mountains around here but after receiving my G1 Android Holiday Dream Edition phone from Google, I had to eventually get myself a proper T-​Mobile phone plan with unlimited internet access.
Jim helped me set up my phone and plan and evaluate all the options that T-​Mobile offered in order to make a good, informed choice as far as plans go.
I definitely walked out of that store quite satisfied once I had my new plan set.
