Really like the store overall, good amount of merchandise in great condition. Went in on a quiet weekend day and it was awkwardly quiet in there, was not sure who worked there at first as everyone appeared to be shopping. Customer asked employee for help and I felt she could have been a bit more pleasant and helpful to that customer and to us once we purchased our items. I’ve only been in twice as I live in SC, might make the trip more often if environment was more comfortable. First visit had great service.

I have found some great buys at this store. It is easy to look through things with well organized displays. They have great brands like Ann Taylor, Talbots, JJill, etc and a good variety of sizes. I have bought shoes, jackets, sweaters and love the selection of jewelry and accessories!

I recently discovered Fuse. I found fabulous upcycled stuff & new handmade stuff. I also sent friends there & they came back raving about all the great clothes they bought! Everything is clean, ironed-looking, new looking & well displayed.

I’ve been shopping resale and consignment shops for almost 30 years and I’ll tell you, this new shop is fresh air on the Santa Cruz consignment scene. Fuse offers carefully selected, good condition clothes in up to date styles. I love the selection of favorite labels and the attention paid to current color and fashions. Fuse has designer purses for jaw dropping prices, fun shoes and very cool jewelry. Great shirts and shoes for the guys. Owners Stacee and Crystal are friendly, helpful and know just when to offer a suggestion or hang back. Easy parking, too … can’t beat that. If you’re coming from«over the hill» you can get in and out of Scotts Valley without fighting the fishhook or downtown traffic. I’ll be stopping by here regularly!
