I absolutely LOVE this office! It is centrally located in Scotts Valley which is great for me. Dr. Graf is such a great orthodontist and his staff are the best. A small office with a family feel. His receptionist, Laurie, is so nice and always smiling! A great greeting when you get to the top of the stairs. Teresa, Dr. Graf’s assistant, is the same. So friendly and they make it so comfortable to be there. My daughter really likes her visits to their office and I am happy that I can have full trust in Dr. Graf. He has been very caring about my daughter and her teeth. He takes the time he needs every appointment and his office is ALWAYS on time. They also had a very convenient payment schedule which was great for my budget.

I really love Dr. Graf and everyone in his office! I have two sons who go to him and he is always super friendly, interested in my kids, and does a great job. The office staff members always work with me for a last minute appointment when my son needs to get in quickly. They also work well with my insurance company and tax saver plan. It’s convenient and the prices are reasonable.

5 Star Rating for sure. Dr. Graf is very professional, pleasant, and great with my kids. We appreciate that he does not rush braces and takes a practical approach. We also like the personalized feel of the office — it doesn’t seem like a «mill,» and it’s conveniently located. His prices are also reasonable and the costs are clear in advance.

Dr. Graf and his staff are much more patient and encouraging than I would ever have expected. They were virtually saintly. I broke off so many brackets during my two years with them that I would have assumed they’d kick me out, but they just took it in stride with great professionalism. More than that, other orthodontists said I’d have to have my lower jaw broken to have my bite work post-​braces, but Dr. Graf fixed my teeth and my bite without surgery. I am a fan!
