RV Nails

I will never in my life go to this place again. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
I ended up going here to get my nails when one of my friends got married. The bridesmaids all went with her here, her favorite place to get nails and toes. I ended up going third, and all I was getting was the basic stuff. However, the woman decided that she was not only going to give me a cut on my finger and not say ANYTHING, but cut my toes as well. Not only that, but I ended up waiting there longer than ANYONE else with me. How was that when they were are actually getting acrylics and I was just getting polish?
Stay away from this place for sure. They’ll do a crappy job, cut you, and talk about you when you’re right there.

I have been a loyal client of this place for over a year now, and its sad to say that I will no longer recommend it, nor go back. The place has gone from good to horrible.
I have acrylic and get the American Mani, with a fill every 2 weeks ($ 18)
Why I won’t go back and wouldn’t send anybody here:
–Appointments mean nothing. they always overbook, especially on Fridays and weekends – I’ve waited 45 min when I had an appt
They’re just not consistent – they use a different product each time for the American mani and half the time its not even what I asked for.
They’re rough with the tools and your cuticles end up looking bloddy and horrible – worse then before you got the manicure!
NOT CLEAN. I’m surprised I have not gotten some weird disease here – they clean nothing properly.
They use old/​cheap products. Often they add nail polish remover to their «old» nail polish right in front of me, as it has gotten thick (a sign to throw it away!)
My manicure never lasts the full two weeks as it should, yet when I try other places I dont have this problem.
They’re RUDE. My friend speaks some Vietnamese and the rude comments coming out of these people’s mouths as they had paying customers that were being very nice to them were astonishing.

I won’t bore you with the gory details, let’s just say that blood was involved. I don’t care how bad your nails look, or how hot your date is, don’t go here. Better to go on over to the Long’s in the same shopping center and pick up some polish remover, a file and a fun color and do it yourself.
