If you’re looking for a REALWORKOUT that gets results, this a.m. boot camp is for you. Not only are the trainers knowledgeable and consistent, they’re fun. They genuinely like their clients and want them to succeed and be proud of the effort we put in. No fake, Scottsdale beauty queens here. All real women that care about their health and not the outfit they’re wearing. I’ve been going 3 months now and consider this something I will be doing for a long time. Not a quick fix that makes me lose weight but a part of my day that yes, sheds the weight, makes me feel great and keeps my body as healthy as it can be! DOIT!

Let me just say, fitness is does not come naturally to me like it does others. I know I need to do it and once I do, I enjoy it, but I need a swift kick to get me to that point! One of my friends found Adventure Bootcamp for us as something to do during the evenings that was a way for us to spend time together, but didn’t involve cocktails and food! The program we signed up for is 3 days a week(choose from Monday — Thurday) 6:00pm — 7:00pm and it goes for 4 weeks on, then a 1 week break. Day One, Week One: I literally looked at my friend and told her«You’re dead to me» as sweat was pouring down my face! This is unbelievable! What a work out! I quickly realized that my brief LA Fitness work outs were not doing me justice, and this boot camp was going to teach me things I didn’t know were possible! There is a large variety of fitness levels, but all women who are trying to live a healthy lifestyle. I really love that they teach us how to get an incredible work out with nothing more than 6 pound weights and a yoga mat. Sometimes we run, sometimes we lung, squat, push ups, sit ups– take yourself back to freshman year of high school PE class. They were really on to something with all of that stuff! If you sign up, I promise you won’t be sorry, but be prepared to work hard and you will see results!
