They have a contract with my insurance carrier that indicates that they will receive HRA and FSA funds directly from the carrier(rather than the carrier depositing the funds into my checking account and relying on me to get those funds to them). But, they demanded payment up front anyway. The amount they demanded was more than what the insurance carrier allowed. According to my insurance carrier, they received the funds from my FSA account directly from them in addition to the funds they demanded from me. And, on 03÷30÷11, they refused to issue a credit to the card they used to get the funds from me. They said a refund check would be sent on 04÷01÷11. As of today, 04÷11÷11, I have received no check. I just called them again to get to the bottom of this and they hung up on me, saying they already told me the refund was being sent. When I immediately called back, the phone would not be answered. They’ve had my money since 03÷10÷11(OVER A MONTH) without representation. Oh — also, the doctor refused to do anything without first seeing all of my son’s medical records and he wanted me to get them all from the other providers and bring them to him. Ridiculous and unconscionable. DON’T go to this hack shop!
