I have used this company for years! They have replaced multiple windshields for us and do an excellent job. It seems like I receive at least 1 call a week from solicitors from other glass companies, they’re relentless! I will never switch to another company, ever! I have always dealt directly with the owner and he is a great guy, very professional, nice and thorough. Don’t look any further, this is as good as it gets!

Don’t look any further. This is the company you want to fix your windshield. No doubt about it.
As I have learned, living in the valley results in some glass cracks over time with all the rocks and construction. After getting a large crack on my windshield, I was originally going to call Safelite but called Alpha instead since they had a higher review. I’m so glad I did.
Insurance covered costs so there was no out of pocket costs for me. Walter was right on time and explained everything involved with the process and even helped me call my insurance company.
Repair was fast, professional, and stress-​free. Plus all their repairs/​replacements are lifetime guaranteed. It’s refreshing to see a company that stands by their work and goes the extra mile to help.

Having just moved to the area, I was thinking of just using the same national chain I’ve used for windshield replacements in the past.
But after calling around, I found Walter and Gregg at Alpha Auto. They quoted me a price that was over $ 100 less than the chain (with better warranty/​crack/​ding coverage), and Walter set me up for an appointment the next morning.
Gregg showed up 15 minutes early, explained the process to me, and then went to work. He had the windshield replaced in well under an hour, and explained ‘follow up’ care to me before offering contact info for both he and Walter should I have any problems or questions in the future.
I’m super pleased with the friendly, professional work of Alpha Auto Glass and while I hope I don’t need a new windshield again soon, if I do, I will for sure call these guys again.
