Aussie Electric, Inc

I previously had them fix my pool heater twice without problem, but they recently missed two appointments without even calling to reschedule. The first missed appointment was on December 17^th. The appointment was made the week prior. On December 18^th I received a phone call to schedule my appointment, even though I had already scheduled it a week prior for December 17^th. Okay, I thought, they messed up and let me give them another chance. So we scheduled for Wednesday December 23^rd. The day came and went, nobody showed up. I called the following day and left a voicemail, and as of today (December 31^st) nobody has called me back.
I really would like Aussie to make this repair, since they are the only place in town that works on Jandy heat pumps. I would love to change my review if someone from Aussie would call me back, reschedule, and actually show up.
