AZ Custom Windows

I recently had 2 sets of french doors installed by AZ Door and Window. I had a very positive experience from start to finish. From the initial consultation to the installation of the doors, James was available and made sure that the work was done to my satisfaction. He took the time to help customize one of the doors to include a doggy door and the results were great. The doors were delivered as promised, installation went smoothly and James was there at the start of installation as well as following up later in the day at completion. I am very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend AZ Doors and Windows

I didn’t get the chance to work with this company; however James was who I spoke with.
My business was broken into and I had called him seeing if he could help me with repairs. I believe the company doesn’t do commercial glass repair though.
With that being known, he took time out of his schedule in order to help me.
He was so kind to have found a company who would be able to help me out.
Although I didn’t get a chance to work with him his act of kindness definitely made me feel better about the situation at hand. There are horrible people out there breaking into businesses but there are also others that are caring and willing to lend a hand.
I can’t imagine how devoted he would be about his work if he is this willing to help someone who isn’t even doing business with him.
I appreciate the help so much and thank you for your time.

We hired James to replace the windows in our Paradise Valley home. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and did a great job. He is eager to meet your expectations and find you the best product for your project. Customer service and communication are excellent. We just hired him to do another window project for us at another property. We are very happy with his work and he’s a great guy!

I had all my windows and doors replaced in March, 2015. My house is close to 35 years old. James was very informative and professional. The installation went beautifully. The result was amazing. I am so pleased with all of it. The color blends with my house. The price was very pleasing. We replaced the windows and two door walls to our total house recently. I did a lot of research prior to choosing James at AD&W LLC. I contacted a total of 3 window contractors after reading all the reviews on Unilocal.One gave me a bid and never followed up. He also did not have a solution to a door wall issue I had. Another contractor, was not as competitive and badmouthed a competitor. James, on the other hand went to great lengths to explain their process and answer any questions I had at a fair price for both of us. The bottom line is you are wasting your time getting bids from other contractors. If you want it done right and at a fair price just call James at Arizona Door and Window. Let me also say he worked hard to get this 5 star review. He did what he had to do to make sure we were totally satisfied with the job.
