If an indifferent, unprofessional medical staff is what you seek, this medical practice is the place for you.
What is most disappointing is the utter lack of compassion or empathy on the part of Dr. Bachenheimer.
I would caution anyone to think long and hard before committing to an appointment with this Doctor. Read these reviews. Do your own research.

The worst. This Dr. has 2 stars for a reason! Our first visit — My mom had a hard time walking and we were slightly late. I called from the building lobby to let then know we were there and that we were walking slowly but on our way. When we got to the office the receptionist told us that we have to reschedule because we were
late. and… there were NO PATIENTS in the office waiting. This was so upsetting. They could have told us to reschedule when I called from the lobby. Incredibly poor patient support.

Dr Bachenheimer is awesome. She is compassionate and kind and on the cutting edge of medical knowledge. Unfortunately, I will never go back to her practice because of her front office person, Carrie. Carrie is rude, interrupts you when you speak is confrontational and completely difficult and infuriating to deal with. I have never been treated as badly as I have by Carrie.

Dr. Bachenheimer is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and attends medical conferences regularly to stay ‘in the know’ with advances in the field. She is very personable and easy to talk to. I moved to Scottsdale over a year ago and needed to find general practitioner. My boss’s wife is in medical supply sales and referred me to Dr. Bachenheimer. I couldn’t be more satisfied with a doctor.
She can always fit you in, just in case you do get sick :) Call first thing in the morning and she adjusts her schedule to make sure she can get you better quicker.
