Baskin Robbins

I’ve been here twice now in the last month. They are always out of waffle cones or the flavor you want. Might as well change the name to 6 flavors! This place is run terrible. Worst franchise ever. Does corporate know how bad this place is? Just shut it down. I’m tired of it!!!

For an ice cream place, this was just right. The person at the counter knew the product and knew the questions to ask to serve us right. The scoops were large enough. There have been several complaining reviews but none seem to apply now. The place is clean. There was a wide variety of ice cream and other product. The server was attentive and prompt. For the kind of establishment this is meant to be it is 5 star.

Dirty, half the lights not working, kids working sitting on the bar behind the counter eating ice cream, didn’t even greet us. Out of half the flavors and hot fudge, ended up walking out cause I was afraid of food poisoning. What a disappointment!

The last 4 times going there, they have been out of popular flavors

Advertise 31 flavors, but all 4 times, had 24 or less flavors

How is this good customer service

The lady who wrote in the birthday cakes is a total expert! I’ve never seen someone do a better job. They have some hard to find flavor a like Dacquiri Ice. Yum! I’ll be back. Thank you for the awesome cakes!

Came here today with an 8 year old for a treat.
They have TEN flavors available.
Not 31.
10.
No chocolate flavors.
No cups.
Nothing.
What a waste of a trip.
The counter person blamed a black out and a Christmas rush.
Get it together!
I see from the other reviews that this is an ongoing issue.
This owner should not be allowed to use the franchise name.

I just went to baskin robbins. I love there ice scream. I ordered 2 quarts and got jipped. I should have learned last time when my quarts were 70 percent filled. These were 60 percent filled. I don’t understand.

Fine, clean, bright, well painted, modern (except the tile floor… But really, whatever. It’s an ice cream store floor. Not all that dirty, just old looking), and a broken freezer cover. New guy in training tonight, so service was a little awkward. It seemed like they couldn’t quite wrap their heads around the fact that we had an order of nine. Otherwise, it was a happy family trip to the ice cream store.

An earlier review started by mentioning they had been going to Baskin Robins since they were a kid — which is probably about the last time this location was cleaned! Poor unengaged service, nothing looked like it had ever been cleaned or wiped down in a decade, and nice heavy metal head bangin music for the kids. Needless to say– won’t be back here!

Broken freezers, Ice Cream NOT reordered on a consistant basis, out of the «basic» Baskin Robbins normal flavors, they consider MINT CHIP a «Flavor Of The Month» so they are out of it a lot, no regular pink plastic spoons so they give LONG float or sundae spoons, and today they gave «Safeway» plastic spoons! Here’s a great idea to the owner. It doesn’t seem like you really want to own a Baskin Robbins Franchise so either CLOSE the store or sell it to someone who wants the store and can manage and operate the store! If you worked for me, you wouldn’t as you’d be FIRED!
The last MULTIPLE TIMES my son stopped in to pickup BR for us they have NO PINK BASKIN ROBBINS SPOONS! They give us Safeway spoons! WTF! I’m sure Baskin Robbins Corporate would LOVE to hear about this! Again, if you can’t afford to do things right, SELL to someone who can and actually cares!

So disappointed tonight when we headed out for a rare treat. We both ordered two scoop Sundaes, but both were scooped so lightly that I paid $ 12 for only the amount of two scoops between us. Next time I’ll be watching closer and requesting the scooper give us our full amount. I didn’t even taste the Jamocha Almond Fudge in mine and that was my purpose for going

This is the MOST inconsistent 31 flavors I have ever been too! My dad and I go here every so often and it continues to let us down. Either they are out of classic flavors, over scoop or under scoop. It’s just ridiculous and sad!

The ice cream is always good but where this place suffers is service. When we went in, there was only one young girl behind the counter who was swamped and no one came out to help her so the cake decorator came from the back and helped her out. The young gal wasn’t very pleasant but maybe just because she was so busy. If the service was better and not such a long wait I would give them 4 stars.

Go there on Wednesday’s, BOGO sundaes.

I have been going to Baskin Robbins since I was a kid. Ice cream is the same as I remember as a kid. Not great but good ice cream to relieve that craving. I also like their ice cream cakes.
This place has always had high school students run this place and I have never had any issues with the service. Seems like they’re quick and friendly. Since it’s close to home, we’ll be back.

OK. Not as good as Cold Stone or Sweet Republic.

I love this Baskin Robbins. They have great deals like a discount on ice scoops on Tuesday nights and a buy one get one free Sunday night on Wednesdays. Plus the nice young kid working there also let me know that on week days, they have an after school special on half priced kid sized scoops till 5pm. I’ve made this my place to hangout with friends and enjoy some good ice cream. The staff is very friendly and I always leave happy & satisfied. I recommend this Baskin Robbins for anyone looking for a cool place to relax and have some tasty ice cream.

Worst Baskin Robbins ever. The employees were too busy chatting to help us, the bathroom was dirty, and the product was way overpriced. I thought we should try again, but there was a man that looked like the owner yelling at an employee in front of the staff and customers, the kid was crying. what a jerk! I will never go into that store again.

What can you say about Baskin Robbins? I mean they carry my two favorite all time favorites, Jamoca Almond fudge and Rocky Road. Depending on my mood determines which flavor I get. Sometimes if I can’t chose I just get both. This is one of the rare locations that offer $ 1 scoop Tuesday and buy one get one free sundaes on Wednesdays. The staff are usually high school students that remind me of when my friends worked at Baskin Robbins in Waukegan way back in the day. Wow, such a long time ago. If you are itchin for some ice cream and don’t just want frozen yogurt, boogie on down to Baskin Robbins!

Busy right after school which is to be expected… Wasn’t very clean which is disappointing, especially for an ice cream parlor. We stopped in to try the new soft serve ice cream with sprinkles that turn the ice cream a new color. Don’t know if the boy behind the counter was stingy or what, but the kids got only a couple of sprinkles that didn’t even cover the ice cream which was disappointing considering they charge for them. All in all wouldn’t visit this location again. We prefer the one closer to home :)
