Dr. Bertz and his staff are fantastic. Dr. Bertz has done several surgeries on me and I am very happy with all of them. He is funny and easy to talk to. Dr. Bertz is extremely knowledgeable and can pick out an issue very quickly. I have recommended him to many friends & family and I will continue to do so.

Horrible office staff, I called multiple times to find out if they put a claim into my insurance never heard back. This was for a second opinion spent $ 175 for them to never file a claim or call me back. I called and asked for Dr. Bertz to call me back and he never did. I have never been so disappointed in a physician before I will not recommend him to anyone. Dr. Bertz never even called my orthodontic which he told me he would. Go to someone who cares and don’t waste your time or money.
