The office is clean and gorgeous. Very inviting. However, management and patient service is poor. I arrived 30mins prior to my appointment to fill out paperwork, wasn’t seen until an hour after my scheduled appointment. No one informed me the office was behind due to a difficult earlier case until I inquired, twice. I had to call into work to push back my shift. The staff is nice but it was frustrating there was no consideration to inform patients they were running an hour behind.
