My brake booster went out. Charlie replaced it for 360 $(low price). 4 months, 2000 miles later brakes went out again. Brake booster was piece of Junk painted Grey. It was replaced at sun devil auto. Warranty at car tech 3 months. DISHONEST SHOP. AVOID CHARLIE AT ALL COSTS!

My wife’s mini-​van had a leaky oil pan. He quoted me right up front what it would cost. Charlie gave me a ride home and picked me up the next day when it was ready. The cost was right on the mark as he quoted. It was also very nice to get to know Charlie a little bit on the trips to and from home.
I am very satisfied with my service and will return again for other issues I know I already have with my other vehicle.
I highly recommend Car Tech to everyone.

Can’t say enough positive things about my experience this week with Car Tech and Charlie, the shop’s owner! Used a Living Social Oil Change and Tire Rotation deal and not only did Charlie NOT try to up-​sell me, he called me to right a slight overcharge on a fee I had expected. I set up appointments for all 3 of our cars, and although I was made aware of work that did need to be done on 1 in particular, I was not pushed to do any of the work, and instead the repairs were communicated to me in terms I could understand, and in order of most critically needed. Great shop, very honest business practices, and fair prices for work done in a timely and efficient manner. Thanks, Charlie… I will spread the word!

My college age son’s car was in need of many repairs so when he was home for Christmas break, I took a chance on Car Tech. Wow– I can’t say enough. . communication was excellent, pricing was fair, and work was performed FAST. Charlie and his staff took care of the laundry list of repairs including welding a broken driver’s seat mount. Talk about a one-​stop-​shop. I hate to think what I would have paid if I had gone to the Infiniti dealer– McCormick Ranch is lucky to have such an honest and reliable shop in our neighborhood.

San Carlos, CA
My husband, Peter, took our Acura to Charlie for a problem with our gas tank. The ultimate fix of replacing it entirely would have cost close to $ 1,000. Charlie worked on it without having to purchase the new part and it cost us a fraction of that. Not only did we feel like he was an honest mechanic, he actually followed up after the weekend to see how the car was running. That level of service is extremely rare… especially in the world of mechanics. We so appreciate it and will be returning to Charlie whenever necessary.
