Don’t waste your time or money. For such an «upscale» salon, this place has the worst customer service and staff that I have ever seen. I arrived for a nail appointment 10 minutes early, and notified the front desk why I was there. Then they sat me in a corner an let me wait for 20 minutes(past the original appointment time). Although several of the salon staff passed me, no one bothered to check on me or ask me if they could help. At some point, I was the only guest left remaining, and realized that none of the staff was even paying attention. I finally had to go back to the front desk and ask why the service was taking so long. The front desk accused me of lying, and said that my appointment was actually for 2 hours prior(implying that the wait time was MY fault). I knew this to be incorrect, and made her check her calendar again — at which point she realized her mistake. I didn’t get an apology, but was instead forced to wait again while she sorted things out. 10 more minutes later, and I am called back to the front desk to be informed that the manicurist had already left for the day; while I was waiting… ugh.
