I’ve called and emailed several times about cancelling my policy and he just never responds or cancels the policy. So the escrow company sent Allstate the money instead of my new insurer and Allstate won’t return the money without him cancelling my policy. Unfortunately the mortgage company says he has to send them a cancellation notice or else they’d send the money again! So he may never cancel my policy and keep stealing the premiums out of the escrow account! You are not in good hands with Allstate!
