We refinanced our home in No California with Daniel Nacarato and had a very positive experience. I have always thought that the most annoying part of applying for a mortgage is completing those long application forms. However, Daniel made that process so easy by taking the application information over the phone. He kept us well-​informed throughout the process. He stayed on top of the rates to ensure our rate would be the lowest possible. We titled the home as joint owners which is not typical, but Daniel helped us work through that process as well. The closing went well despite the many forms that need to be signed to obtain a mortgage. Each form was explained to us rather than just put in front of us and told «sign here». All our questions were answered to our satisfaction. Daniel made the process very easy and we very much appreciate it. And, each month as we make our payment, we look at our low interest rate and say, «Thanks Daniel»!
