Crescent Scottsdale Quarter

Great location next to Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland, great building, great staff.
I’ve been living here since the beginning of the year and have been very happy. Of course, any building will have its issues from time to time but mine have all been resolved quickly and professionally.

This is THE best apt complex in Scottsdale. Lots of variety in floor plans, great views. Amazing extras, like the pool, exercise & yoga fitness center, and residents events. The apartments are constructed extremely well, and have lots of features. The shops and restaurants of Scottsdale Quarter are seconds away from your door. One of the nicest and professional leasing team you will encounter. Highly recommended. You must see it for yourself.

Prime location in the Scottsdale Quarter. You can’t beat being able to walk to tens of restaurants, bars, shops without ever needing your car. We’ve been one of the first residents since the middle of August 2015. Karen, Stephanie, Matt and Chase at the leasing office were a pleasure to work with prior to move in and the same since we’ve moved in. On move-​in day we got a nice welcome gift, pizza and soda in the club house, way exceeding our expectations!
The building amenities are top-​notch: state-​of-​the-​art club house & pool. Upscale fitness center with free yoga classes. Great friendships with a few of the neighbors. Underground parking in the building on reserved spot. Very energy efficient units — our electric bill is a third of what we used to pay in our old house. It’s great to be renters by choice — no longer do we have to worry about maintenance and repairs. Now all it takes is open up a ticket online and it gets taken care of.
Yes, there is still construction until December, but it has come a long way since we first moved in. Being an early adopter most always means there are still some issues to be worked out, but Karen and Stephanie together with Andy & Jeff from maintenance are working really hard to please the residents and getting things resolved as quick as possible. Keep up the great work!
And if you are into fast internet: This is a Cox 1Gbit building, it’s lightning fast!
So all in all, we are glad to have chosen this place and really pleased with the location in the heart in the Quarter.
