Digital Doc

Suddenly broke my phone while shopping and found Digital Doc just around the corner. We walked in and got our phone fixed in minutes. Richard and Daniel were awesome!

These guys were great to work with. My Samsung tablet had the screen smashed and they diagnosed the most cost effective way to fix it and replaced the worn battery at the same time. Breathed new life into my now perfectly good tablet. Give them your business… you won’t regret it!

This place is on my way to work, so it turned out to be a great place to drop off my Samsung phone. I was impressed by the clean and professional look of the store. But even better was the warm and welcoming reception I got from the staff. I was able to drop off my phone in the morning – I didn’t have an hour to wait there while they fixed it – and pick it up again on my way home. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results.

I stopped back in to digital doc to ask if they buy used IPhones… they do! I’ve been sitting on an IPhone 4 and 5 for awhile now and I’m glad to unload them around the holidays for some good extra cash. Thanks again Digital Doc!

I visited Digital Doc while on vacation this week. The store was aesthetically pleasing and the service was exceptional. Both Richard Luis were helpful in guiding me on my new cell phone case and the tempered glass addition is great! Congrats on providing a positive retail experience! You guys rock! ;)

Well I didn’t want to have to pay the Digital Doc a visit but when I accidentally left my phone on top of my car and shattered the screen, I had no other choice. Especially when shards of glass started to cut my fingers! Luckily the friendly folks here fixed my phone at a competitive price, in a super timely manner (within a ½ hour) and they were very friendly and budget conscious along the way. It also didn’t hurt that they are right next door to the Skeptical Chemist, taco shop, and inside a shopping complex with plenty of restaurants, a Party City, car wash, Best Buy, etc which means you can go shopping or grab good while you wait.
To avoid future visits to the doc, I also had them put on a tempered glass protector but they also sell durable phone cases. They don’t just do phones though. I noticed that they will work on anything digital and fix it, so if your computer is broken or your phone isn’t working properly, they will help you out. I will just plan on visiting the Digital Doc for any of my technical needs moving forward. Glad the doc could fix my phone and now it’s up to my clumsy hands to stop dropping it!
