This product has saved me in so many ways! I can actually leave my house again! I never liked the regular mobility scooters out there because i felt old but this scooter is quite the head turner. People stop me all the time and ask me where I got it or just to compliment me on it. The color is great too! they have great color options! Customer service was very helpful. The office manager there is very nice and effecient. She made sure I received my scooter on time and walked me through the entire process from purchasing to receiving. I am truly a VERY happy customer. Thank you E-​Wheels for giving me my life back and for the ability to see the world again!

I purchased a ew-​36 just one year and 1 month ago, I was driveing it and the whole rear axel broke loose from the swing arm holding it in place, welds are so very poor from rear axel to swing arm allowing the axel to spin around riping wires almost out of motor, Now the unit is dead wont move loose rear axel, It was Hell getting it home, called e wheels, Troy, told him story sorry your over a year n it not covered SORRY it’s a $ 700 dollar + part I need now and thats I put it on my self, I finaly got them down to 50% off new one to replace bad But now I’ve waiting for at least 3 weeks and no parts yet? This unit is not made for the older folks, It’s hard to drive pops wheelies very easy, braking is very very poor, top heavy will tip over easy. and the service is very poor from electric wheels LLC, At first I loved it now I’m changeing my mind.
DONT GET ONE IF YOUR REALLY HANDYCAPED TOO DANGERIOUS.

I love this product. I use it to go to the store, the beach, or just around the neighborhood. If you are looking for the next cool thing in mobility you should really think about getting one. Great colors, incredible speed, and range.
