Express

It has been a long time since I added points to my account. I have made quite a bit of purchase at Express but never really use the points. At check out, my cashier was obviously new. I asked him to confirm that points would be added to the purchase that I’ve made. The manger charmed into our conversation (super loud) and told me «YOU HAVE TO GO ONLINE AND ACTIVATE THE POINTS!». I explained to her that wasn’t what I asked. She just got louder and louder at her explanation to the point that everyone started starring. I was so embarrassed and upset. I will never come here again.

Express is my new obsession!!! I always thought it would be too expensive so I never even went in but to my discovery they’re sales are outta control! The sales make it so you get axing quality clothes that last for decent prices, not cheap, but reasonable! And the points programs helps with discounts too, so if there isn’t a sale going on you still could get 15−20% off the whole purchase. I love express and the staff at this location is so fun and helpful.

This was one of the best shopping experienced I’ve had in a clothing store ever. Walking in we were greeted by very friendly Vincent, who was very helpful in every aspect. I then went to the fitting rooms and was equally impressed by the helpfulness and demeanor of Kanya. Great job everybody, management should be proud of you! Also, the store is very well kept and very stylish.

They had exactly what I needed to complete my outfit, a perfectly fitting 1mx shirt in the perfect fall/​winter color. In addition to this I only payed $ 22 for a shirt I expected to pay $ 50 for.
Service was mediocre, I wasn’t acknowledged or asked if I needed help at any point in my visit and the line for the register was longer than I prefer to wait but them having exactly what I needed at an amazing price is worth 4 stars alone. Better service would have got them the 5^th star.
Express is always a go to spot for the fit of their clothing and the good sales they sometimes have. I think the 1mx shirt is the best shirt out there

Good deals going on, especially if coupled with mobile coupons ($ 25 off every $ 75). Too bad I couldn’t find anything I really wanted, and customer service was very lacking, since we’d just experienced terrific service with Nathan at The Limited.

I always find something I like when I shop at express. I do like the quality, and style of their clothes. Express is the only place I will buy work pants. There are so many different styles, you can’t go wrong. They always have great deals and I have never had a problem with staff who work their. Always friendly and very helpful.

Love Express, their mens line is excellent– Modern Fit for the «Modern Gentleman» Travis and Cisco are very helpful and have good fashion sense…

The reason I go to Express is for their pants. They have awesome work/​going out pants and they’re reasonably priced. By reasonably I mean $ 70 – 100, but you have to remember that you’re paying for the quality.
I still have a pair of black pants and the cutest purple sweater from Express that I bought 7 years ago, but they don’t look old at all. Keep in mind that with most of their pants, you do have to have them dry cleaned.
Another great thing about Express is that their pants come in various lengths. They have something like short, average and tall– which is awesome for me because I am tall and it’s very hard to find long pants.
I think you can find cute, less expensive shirts, bags and accessories somewhere other than Express, but you just can’t beat their pants!
