Completely unreliable! McKenzie, the owner, has promised me for two months now that he will be back to finish my window treatments yet he never does it. Every week he tells me he will finish them this week and then makes excuse after excuse. If not for Samantha, who runs his office, this guy would be out of business.
I try always to use local businesses rather than chain companies, but this time it was a huge mistake. Final Touch does not deserve to be in business because they do not respect their customers.
