The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tired, angry, bitter old woman muttering under her breath as I returned an item that did not fit well. Shop on line or at Nordstroms for better experience.

Stopped in on a recent trip to Scottsdale from Canada. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Sweater I wanted wasn’t available and they offered to ship it to me in Canada if I didn’t find it at another store in town. I took them up on this offer and called then when I returned home. They located the sweater and shipped it to me, without charging a fortune! It arrived in less than two weeks. Great service! Look forward to shopping there again next time I’m in Scottsdale.

Love their clothes, especially love when they have good sales and the sales people mostly are really helpful. Great about calling other stores and shipping things to you when they don’t have your size.
