I’ve been a designer for over 10 years and have used Gabby Delivery Plus for several furniture receiving and deliveries in the past, but my last experience is having me to look elsewhere. My client had a sofa received, inspected, and white glove delivered to her home and paid Gabby for the freight charges directly with a personal check and sent me a copy to verify. Long story short, Gabby did not pay the freight company. I found out about this about a month later when a collections company called my firm to pay for the charges! I repeatedly have been calling & emailing for the past 6 months with no action of payment from Gabby. Just wanted to warn other designers of their dishonest business practices.
