This is by far the most awesome experience I had looking for a new home. Yazmin is the most amazing person i have ever meet looking for a new home. She is friendly and had this positive and contagious personality. She answer all my questions and took the time to show me around the property. Thank you Yazmin, you are amazing!

We love the location, ambience and amenities. Our satisfaction rating is very good. As you know, in this area in particular, we have choices, we have options and we consider Glen Eagles apartment living the «top of the line». Thank you for your service and great community!

Don’t know a ton about actually living in the property but I can say that Yazaman (sorry if i misspelled it!) is one of the friendliest, kindest most helpful property managers I have ever met. I have been looking at properties and she was overly kind and helpful and took her time to show me around and answer questions.

Thus far, our experience with Glen Eagles has been overwhelmingly positive. If you would have told me we could get a 3 story, attached garage, 1 ½ bath, 1 bedroom + loft, with brand new upgrades in Scottsdale, across the street from sporting fields, AND in our price range, I would have called you a liar. But Glen Eagles is all that and more!
We have put an apartment on hold and will be moving in come June. At the moment, the most I can post about with confidence is the leasing staff. They were excellent. Chuck, Maggie, and Kelsey were all stellar. If this is a clue of what is to come, we can’t wait to call this home. We are so stoked we are even breaking our lease early to get our ideal living situation.

We lived at Gleneagles for a year. At first it was nice but then things changed. For the amount of money we paid for rent I expected better. When we experienced outrageous utility bills in the summer and questioned things we were given the run around for a long time. I will say after a letter from our lawyer we were compensated but they didn’t fix the problem until after we moved out.
When we moved out we knew we would have to pay some for the carpet. When we got the bill we were floored. They were saying the carpet was new when we moved in. The date it was supposedly installed was right around when we saw the apartment the first time. We simply asked (via our lawyer) to see the receipt for when the carpet was installed. They never responded but instead turned us over to collections. Their collections agency has harassed us. I have repeatedly told them I will settle things when we have proof of what we owe.
Gleneagles takes advantage of people. Maybe they think that because you live in Scottsdale you have so much money a little extra is no big deal. Well it is a big deal when you are on a tight budget. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who cares about the money they spend. You will be ripped off.
I would also like to add that when we moved out they renovated the apartment and raised the rent about $ 400(which they planned well before we moved) including new appliances and counter tops (which they had someone come measure for before we moved). I strongly feel they just wanted us to help pay for the renovations. Unfortunately for them we weren’t born last night.

I moved in last month and find the place peaceful and well kept. I will update if I experience anything less, but so far I feel we made a great decision moving to Gleneagles.

Lived here for a year, and I loved it. Awesome office crew too.
