Glo Medspa

I went in this week for my first Botox treatment. Charles was great and made me very comfortable. He explain everything and didn’t push anything additional.
I came in today for a touch up and he let me drop by. No appointment! Since this was my first time (Botox virgin) I wanted to be conservative. The price was fair and I’m happy with my results.

Verbal abuse? I think you are confusing rude with stating the facts. I was not rude to you
.Commenting on a public review site about giving me free services just solidifies the fact that you once again do not think your service that I paid a large amount of money for had results. So telling me I was rude is not going to change the fact that I still have the emails from you telling me why you cancelled my appointments. In fact I am not sure I have ever been called rude in my life. Like I said in my review I thought your employee was adorable and we got along fabulously. I am not sure when it went from point A to point B with you as the business owner. Meghan is a fabulous aesthetician and if I was so rude, why did she ask me to come in and be her model? I even sent her a text saying I no longer feel comfortable coming in there after this whole scenario… So if you offered me free services why would you do that if you felt your machine was working correctly? I also recall asking your employee «wow, because of this machine not working correctly how many people do you have to re-​do?» Her answer was «oh we are only re-​doing a few» What about all the other people that spent money on this service with a broken machine? Do they know it was broken? Why did you come to me and ask me to talk to you and show you my treated areas? Then said they were not any different? Verbal abuse and Rude… hmmm

Glo Medspa is great! Megan is wonderful with peels and my skin has never looked better! Charles is the BEST with injectibles! I love his work and he has the nicest staff ever. His new office is very pretty and love the new location as well. Trust me-​go to Glo and you won’t regret it!!!

Charles did my lips and I love them! I had my lips done once before and was disappointed in the results. Someone referred me to Glo Medspa and I won’t go anywhere else again.

Randi is an absolute pleasure to be around! I bought a series of velashape treatments (6) and she is very thorough. Not only does she perform vela, but she is very knowledgeable regarding ultrashape and peels. I try and stick with a good technician when i find one and this is the place

Loved this Spa! I have recommended it to my friends and family. Ask for Randi she’s amazing at what she does! She did my Velashape treatment and it absolutely works. My legs are now summer ready thanks to her and Glo Medspa:)

Charles uses a very intelligent, well-​thought out and skilled approach to his methods for improving appearance using botox and fillers. He will sit with you first and make an assessment of where he can improve certain areas. This approach is drastically different from other medspa’s where you have mechanically trained nurses who will do what you want, but do not have any sense of aesthetics. He is takes his time, discusses with you before, during and after what he is achieving and encourages feedback. I personally did not know what I wanted done, just basically to restore my looks from 2 years of intensive stress in my life. I showed him a picture of myself 2 years ago, and he was able to make a complete restoration. I’m feeling happy and confident again. I appreciate his sense of artistry and the pride with which he works.

I’ve gotten Botox done at other places before, and hands DOWN Charles is the best. I will never go anywhere else, as his work is pure perfection and my Botox lasted longer than it ever has with anybody else.
I take Unilocal reviews seriously when it comes to cosmetic purposes, so I always want the most genuine opinions from reviewers. Please take my advice and don’t consider anybody else other than Charles at Glo Medspa!

Charles was very professional, he did a great job explaining the products and services they offer. The staff was kind and was able to provide me with an appointment on short notice. This was great! I rarely feel compelled to write reviews but Glo Medspa definitely deserves another «5-​star rating». Everything about this salon is as good as it gets. Scheduling is efficient and accommodating to a busy schedule. Everyone is welcoming and extremely personable. They take the time to discuss your concerns and work on a plan to achieve the results YOU are looking for. I would highly recommend this salon!

I am updating my review to another one star. I feel extremely insulted by the owner private messaging me after my first review saying sarcastic and demeaning things to me. Very unprofessional and would not expect that coming from a business owner.

I highly recommend this place, dr Small was very personable his consultation was very professional. I went in due to lip enjections that I had done elsewhere & was very unhappy with, Dr Small took the time to talk with me and was able to fix what I was unhappy with, the pain was minimum as I felt he was very good with the technique used to inject. I will be back as well as refer him gladly

I am extremely happy with my experience at Glo Med Spa. I booked a 15 minute consultation online with Charles, very easy to do. He helped direct me to Megan for a microneedling treatment, and I love the results! I’ll be keeping Glo as my go-​to beauty treatment center from now on!

Today, I had my first appointment with Charles. I was most concerned about the ares around my mouth. Charles explained the procedures he would be doing. He also made sure that I understood his approach. Yes, injections in the mouth are are painful, but Charles took great care in numbing the area. Charles knew exactly what to do to to minimize the pain, swelling and discoloration. I am so pleased with the outcome! The side effects are so minimal that I had no qualms about going out to dinner with friends! Tomorrow I am returning for Botox.
I take pleasure in recommending Charles. He is an artist. I really appreciate his skill and his regard for my desire to look natural and age appropriate.

I’m new to the area, originally from SoCal. I Unilocaled a good place for Botox and GloMedspa came up. I called the day before my appointment and they were able to fit me in right away. As soon as I got there, I was treated right away! My appointment was an actual appointment! So fab! Love this place!

Charles did an excellent job! I have had my lips done two times prior, and I’ve been getting botox for years. He really communicated with me about my desired look and made me feel very comfortable. He was efficient and gentle (as gentle as one can be with a needle in their hands) He explained my options and how/​why he was taking the approach he did! I was in and out quickly but didn’t feel rushed!
Also, coming from CA I felt his prices were very reasonable!
