When my AC went out on Fri I scheduled an appointment with the people who installed it a few years ago, but on the recommendation of a co-worker I cancelled it and called Hatch. Very glad that I did. Their office staff was extremely friendly and quick to schedule us. They scheduled us for Mon as I requested between 10 – 12. Mon the scheduler called me to inform me that our tech Chris was running late and would be here around 11:15 (keep in mind our block was 10 – 12). He was here just before 11, got right to work. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within a very reasonable amount of time. He and his helper were awesome. I would highly recommend Hatch to anyone with AC issues.
