The store manager, Rebecca is very unprofessional. This location is closet to me, but I will never patron this store. Rebecca asked me if I was interested in a part-time job. I have over 25 years Sales experience and a college degree. I went back to the store twice and called to follow-up, after submitting my resume/application. When I finally reached, Rebecca she had an attitude and acted like I was bothering her. She claimed to be too busy with trade shows to even make phone call. I have been in Mgmt, over 20 years and no matter how busy you are there is never an excuse for being unprofessional and unresponsive. I found a part-time job that I love with great perks and fun staff, in Oct. Openly Honest, Ondra W

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in all my life! Dont go here unless you want to feel belittled by a 20 yr old with a beird who states he knows the ingrediant of every single item that goes into this body since adulthood! Dont go here unless you research and read up on what you need — because the staff there arent held responsible for anything they tell or sell you. Dont go there if you want to be treated with respect and not belittled in front of other customers! Dont call there unless you want to have this same beirded sales personl hang up on your in mid-sentence. I went in on Sunday to return a product that i purchased on Sat where i had specifically requested a gel capsule but was accidently given a tablet. When i walked in both sales people were hanging on the desk talking with another older man who had his laptop on the desk — i originally thought this was a vendor but it turns out it was another customer — but very odd that they all had settled in around the desk with the laptop next to the cash register. On Asunday i went in to return the product — I stated what had happened(note y voice was so hoarse and raspy that anyone i spoke with that day knew i was ill and not feeling well) A young man named Kirk first gave me one of those«over exagerated frowns» but the eyes say«yeah you’re screwed» and said he was soooo sorry and then advised me that I cant return on sale items. He seemed way to be happy about this — fake happy… I then told him my story and said even if I was advised to buy this product and also was told told there was no differnece between 2 specific bottles by one of your sales people — and his response was«well it was partially his fault»… «but its written plainly right here on the front of the bottle». They way he said was in those tones like«you’re an idiot» — or whats wrong lady — you cant read??? ALLOFTHISOVER10BUCKS??? Wow — so when someone isnt feeling well and asks for help then I guess you better go ahead and research the item if you can’t rely on the people that work at the store! Then he made a comment that each person should be responsibel for what they put in their bodies — again pointing the finger at me. WOW — over 9.99… i think i would have thrown the bottle away if i knew that some boy with a chip on his shoudler wanted to lash out today! So i asked him if he read every ingrediant of every item that he puts in his body — and he said«yes» and i repeated the question — and he said YES!!! this was in front of the other sales person and the client with his laptop out on the desk… Again — this boy just didnt know when enough was enough and he kept coming trying to belittle me — HHMMMM — i guess he has never eaten at a restaurtent without talking to every chef about everythin ingrediatn. That was a young person;s remark who is out to conquer the world that should have been a very simple question —. yes guess what KIRK — ive actually eaten Ramen before… and most people on this earth who are your customer do eat out and we all dont have the luxury or time to know every ingrediant! We also are old enough to know when to stop talking — when a fight is worth it — and how the internet can affect somone’s business! i was so upset by this point bc i was RETURNING the item so obvioulsy i DID read it before i took it — and was returning bc it wasnt what i asked for in the first place! Both sales people had been talking to some other man who had his laptop out on the counter and doing something — wasnt buying anything… but i was told he was another customer and I was treated like this in front of this gentleman who i asked if this was right and he said he wasnt listening and didnt want to get involved — obvioulsy he knew them. So i called back today to talk to the manager at 5:15pm and«Kirk» answered the phone and told me the manager wasnt in — and I asked when would she be in — and he said Wed — she would also be out of the office tomorrow. So i asked for her bosses phone number bc this couldnt wait until Wed and he said in a snotty tone… he isnt authporized to give out any info. So then i asked if he was sales person that i ahd the alteraction with on Sunday that has poor customer service — and he remarked that he was with a «real customer» that he «can» help — so i responded that i asked bc i wasnt going to leave my phone number with anyone like him who seems like they would retaliate in a personal way. And he hung up on me in mid sentence!!! HEHUNGUPONME! WOW!~ So how is a customer suppose to contact anyone at Hi Health if the manager isnt workingon the weekends and then off during the week. So i called another store and one of their people advised me to contact Corporate — which i did and just left a message. At this point — i dont care about the money — but i dont think that anyone has the right to treat people this badly and get away it. :Lets see if Hi Health thinks this is appropriate? I will let you know…

Stopped in for some vitamins. Good little spot. Definitely not as big of a selection as Vitamin World or a GNC but they had what I needed. I don’t get into all the body building powders and all that crap so I can’t speak to that and for all I know that could be their selling points. I actually think Whole Foods has a better selection than this place if you are looking for vitamins or supplements. I was a little disappointed by the selection but the gal working was very friendly and helpful and I got what I hopefully needed. Might go back, might not.

This is the closest Hi-Health to my office and luckily, one of the best ones I have found. Mostly this is because Rebecca, the manager, was a nationally ranked fitness competitor and bodybuilder for 18 years who knows her stuff extremely well. Unlike some locations where you can tell that the employees only know what the company tells them to say, you can get some expert advice here.

This specific Hi-Health location is awesome! The staffs are friendly and very helpful. If you have questions about any product they will answer your questions and will also give you some suggestions to help you decide on what you need. They also have great selections of health items. I always get my protein powder here. I love how sometimes they have samples for you to try first before you buy it. I will continue to shop here for my protein. :)
