Hugo Boss

Everytime I go in there to buy anything, there is always excellent customer service. This past week, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Adrian. He was attentive, respectful, and courteous. I will be going back for my future purchases to this store.

We shopped well for Tuxedos and came back to Hugo Boss and purchased! William was a rep and he was so professional and was very helpful on style. These are a great value. I purchased a Hugo Boss suit as well. The slim cut works well.

Love this location only because of the manager who works there, named Brandon. Always very professional and honest with my family about good deals in the store, offer us a drink (anything from coke to beer). We spend a lot of money at this store, but this is not about the money and great hugo boss products and excellent quality but more about the experience and feeling you’ll get when u shop there. Highly recommended.

A new secret… Beautiful women’s clothing .this store recently added women’s clothing. a wonderful staff! They know their merchandise, if something doesn’t look right they let you know it… And help you make good burying choices.

WOW! Initially my husband and I were very excited to shop at the new Hugo Boss that opened at Fashion Square. We had been looking around for a suit for him to wear to some upcoming weddings. He had owned other Hugo Boss suits and loved them and so we decided to stick with that brand. This is not a review about Hugo Boss the brand as it is about the store. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! You get better service at a fast food restaurant or at a Kohls than you do there. We were in the store looking at the suits for 20 to 30 minutes at least. We walked around, looked at the sales people who hurried by us so quickly we could not ask for assistance. There were only 3 people working in the store, that we could see anyway. Since they have a number of different suit cuts we were hoping that the sales people could steer us in the right direction. I also assumed (wrongly) that Hugo Boss considered themselves a high end brand, and therefore, would provide the appropriate service. Nope! We ended up walking out as 2 sales people helped 1 person at the cash and another sales person stood up at the front with her hands folded up near the t-​shirts. Correct me again if I am wrong, but I thought the suits cost more than the t-​shrits?
All said, we ended up going to Nordstrom where they were more than happy to assist us in buying a Hugo Boss suit. So, if you are in the market, save yourself the headache and time and go to Nordstrom!

Ok so the gentleman helping me with my purchases was extremely courteous and attentive. This after I walked in to the place looking like a train wreck. I think train wreck was being kind to myself. I was tried, sick and needed my dose of pick me up shopping! The sales associate was amazingly knowledgeable about the cuts and styles and what fit best.
They do have an extensive selection unlike Saks which only carries a smattering of the HB lines. They do have an on site seamstress who does the alterations for you and while they do have a little delay in that process, i think its worth the wait. So in all fairness, this HB store if you like their merchandise is the one to go to.
