iCracked Professional iPhone, iPod and iPad Repair

I shattered the screen on my iPhone 6, and was desperate for a repair because glass was getting everywhere and I needed my phone. My car is out of commission, and I had no way to get to a repair shop. Bryan came to the rescue and did a beautiful job replacing the screen on my phone, and it looks even better than before! I definitely recommend using this service, you won’t be disappointed! Very knowledgeable and personable technician, coupled with speedy service!

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and had heard about iCracked there first, so when my phone was shattered on vacation in AZ I immediately thought of them. It’s so easy! You call them, tell them where you are located (in my case at my aunt’s house), and they will tell you how soon they can have a technician at your location. They originally told us it would be the following morning (I was calling around 2PM), but then they were able to find a technician who could come that evening at 5PM. The tech (Bryan Chanthavichith) showed up right on the dot, and was done in about 25 minutes, plus he added a free glass screen cover. Several of my cousins were there and he was super friendly answering tons of phone-​related questions while he worked.
They have standard prices for different types of repairs, so they will tell you up front when you call exactly what the cost will be, and it won’t change whether it takes 20 minutes or 3 hours to do your repair. My screen was completely replaced for $ 140 total which includes the home visit, which I’ve heard from other iCracked users is right about what they paid. On top of the convenience factor, they guarantee their work, so if you notice anything funny about the way your screen is functioning after they replace it, you can call them back and they’ll come out again free of charge to fix it.
There are shady places that cost $ 75 – 99 to do these kinds of repairs, but they won’t come to you, they don’t always use new parts, and they won’t guarantee their work. Well worth the extra $ 50 or so.
