Bought a Green Charger. Can’t charge my laptop any more. tried to contact iGo and found that iGo closed engineer and QA. There is no support any more. Now, iGo bought junk from China and sold as «treasure». suggested to keep away from iGo.

I purchased some rechargeable iGo AA batteries from an end cap in Safeway about a year ago. Their primary appeal was that they recharge to 1.5 volts instead of the typical 1.2 volts most rechargeables charge to(I confirmed this with a voltage meter). Also, they are non-toxic and have no heavy metals. You must buy their charger to use with their batteries but everything paid for itself in a few months so it was worth it to me. We use a lot of AA batteries. The batteries worked well until one went bad about a week ago(puffed up and leaked a little). The batteries have a one year warranty so I emailed the company to get a replacement. They emailed back the same day asking for a mailing address and a package of four new AA rechargeables arrived in two days. They’re in Arizona which might explain the fast ship but I appreciate the quick response and generous replacement. Their products have otherwise served us well and this was excellent customer service. Too many businesses have a lackadaisical or indifferent attitude towards their customers and products and it’s nice to interact with a company who stays on top of their customer correspondence instead of merely regarding it as an inconvenience.
