I am going to be brief because I don’t want to waste time with this kind of establishment. I bought two Doozy of a Deal for two Lipoplex injections. I made the appointment for today at 1:30p.m. for me and my husband to get those injections. At 11:15 I called to check if we could come earlier, since we had the twins. The receptionist told me the earliest would be 1:00p.m. since they go to lunch from noon to 1:00p.m. I agreed. I went there and the door was locked, I thought ok, they are running late from lunch. Went back to the car and waited a few minutes. Went back to the office while my husband stayed in the car with the twins. By this time it was 1:25p.m., still door locked. I knocked, just in case there was someone inside and they didn’t notice the time. Nothing. Went back to the car and called. Left a voice mail. Took a picture of my watch and their sign at 1:35p.m. (yes, its the one on their business page). Waited some more. At 1:45 I called Doozy of a Deal. No answer there either. Left a voicemail. By 1:48 we decided it had been long enough and the twins were restless. This place is so unprofessional.
