Jamba Juice

Although the lady that helped me didn’t smile or greet me, she was very nice in the end and gave me a large instead of a small. Thank you Jamba Juice!

Don’t expect any pleasantries, or a hello, or a smile from Angela. And don’t expect Jamba’s delicious steel cut oatmeal. And don’t expect to redeem any Jamba buy one get one free cards here. And don’t expect to find the location unless you know it’s inside the Safeway. Note to self: Drive out of your way to find a stand alone Jamba where I can order what I want and have a pleasant exchange with the person working there. Hoping my smoothie will be more enjoyable than the customer service.

Brought a Jamba Juice groupon for 3 bottled cold pressed juices. Tried to redeem it at another location and they said they were out of the juices. They were super nice and told me to come back next week.
Stopped in this location on Scottsdale/​Indian Bend because there was a temporary sign in front of the store that said bottled cold pressed juice here. This was ¹²⁄₈ around 12 – 1 pm. I asked if I could redeem my groupon and the younger man behind the counter says «Like I don’t know what this is» I explained to him and he says «like yeah there right there» and points to one bottle. I ask him if he can get me 2 more bottles and he says «Like I don’t know where they are» I ask him «can you find them? He says «Like I think we’re out.“I asked to talk to a manager. She wasn’t helpful only saying we’re out. You can drive to another location that’s 10 –15 miles away to redeem. I ask if there’s anyway I can just take the one and come back for the other 2, She tells me no sorry. I walk out and I tell them «you might want to take the your temporary sign down. The younger man says in a smart a$$ tone. «I don’t even know what your talking about» Managers train your employees how to speak to customers and the products and promotions sold there.

I love this place! Especially during the Arizona summer days. Staff is knowledgable and great! This location is inside the Safeway grocery store.

We come here a few times a week because it is the closest smoothie place. It is located inside the Safeway grocery store. It is clean and modern. The service is consistently good and usually pretty friendly. This location seems to only ever have one person working, but usually this isn’t an issue because the location isn’t super busy. If you are a Safeway rewards member, you get your 8^th smoothie free. Prices are consistent with other Jamba Juice locations. The big plus for me: they offer a kid size smoothie (saves a little cash when the little ones insist they get their own) and they will also accommodate a kid size in all flavors. I still prefer Keva Juice… but there aren’t any in the valley… Overall, consistently good experience — we will keep coming back.
